P.S. In answer to Sallie's question, I buy these fabrics from Mwendas on Etsy - there are lots of shops selling Japanese fabric, but this is one I've found that has the cute animal designs I like.

Lovely fabric. The one with the giraffe, zebra etc is my favourite. They'd be perfect as lining for handbags. Or just make them into little bags for little girls. Or cushion covers? Or bags to keep your - coordinated - amigurumi dogs, cats, etc in?
Oh wow, I love this fabric! Pity I'm so rubbish at sewing. 8-x
