Despite having the week from hell so far (I seem to get a lot of those for some reason!), this picture is very nearly finished. Just the one ear to go and that will be the task this afternoon. I have enjoyed this one so much - everything seems to have gone well, the materials have behaved themselves, and the dog itself is just so pretty! After this, I have a portrait commission of a very sweet little boy, so yet mor enjoyable work in the pipeline.
