Little Felt Cat....

After Laura's comment the other day, I thought I'd have a go at making a small cat - it came out really well, but took a very, very long time! Four hours - I don't know if I am a slow sewer or if that is just how long these things take. There will be accessories later this week (for the puppy too), when I can muster up the enthusiasm!

I am in a bit of a quandary as to how much to charge for these - I'm thinking £10 with their bits and pieces. Any advice gratefully received!

There is a blog oriettacat or jamfancy and she would make them up and sell them for about $20 - $30USD she would sell them as accessories for Blythe dolls.
In regards to the sewing it's you. You will get faster ROFL

Hi C,
Have you thought of adding little buttons and beads to them? maybe tiny mother of pearl button for a nose etc would look sweet. Just to add to the work heee hee!!

Gee, thanks you lot! Bron, I honestly don't think I CAN sew any faster :0( perhaps it's the working out the Japanese pattern that is taking the time so maybe when I have done one the next one will be quicker.
Penny - the original pattern does call for tiny buttons on the leg joints, which look so cute, but I haven't got any - I was going to have a look in the shops at the weekend when I have time. It will all have to wait for a while as I have 3 bracelets to make for someone.
I'll have to give up sleeping to get it all done...

If it took you four hours to bring this cutie into the world then they were well spent :)
